Custom Logo Cookie Cutters are BACK!!  I will be accepting 5 requests per week max going forward in order to ensure that I am able to continue creating other seasonal cookie sets for my shop. 

**This listing is for a custom cutter of YOUR bakery logo. Due to copyright infringement, I do not make cutters for collegiate, professional sports leagues or other businesses. Thank you!

Steps for ordering a custom logo cutter

  1. Initial Purchase: This listing is for a Custom Logo Cookie Cutter rendering. If you would like me to draw a cookie cutter shape for you based on your baking business logo or if you would like me to hand-letter a cookie cutter for you based on your business name, you will need to purchase this listing so I can put your name in the queue. 
  2. Questionnaire: Once you have purchased this listing, you will receive a questionnaire from me that will help to outline your needs for your logo/business name and also allow you to submit any necessary logo images to me.
  3. Sketch/Rendering: Typical turnaround times for sketches/renderings are 5-7 business days. Once I have the sketch, I will send the rendering image to you for approval. You can request changes, and determine the size of cookie cutter you would like.
  4. Final Cutter Purchase: Once you have determined the size you would like, I will create a custom listing for you for the remaining amount + shipping to purchase the cookie cutter(s). Most custom logo cookie cutters range from $15- 18 each depending on the level of detail and how much needs to be created from scratch. This $15 purchase will be deducted from the final cookie cutter price. Once you have paid for your custom cutter listing and shipping, cutters are typically printed and shipped within 1-4 business days. 

I have included sample logo cookie cutters I have done in this listing to give you an idea of how you can modify your logo, inspiration for outlining and also to provide samples of hand-lettered names that I've done if your logo is too complex.

**This listing is for a COOKIE CUTTER, not a stamp or embosser. 

**At this time, I am not offering stencils. Most logos are not set up properly to be cut out in mylar stencil material and require a great deal of modification and time. For this reason, I am not at a capacity to provide stencils at the moment.

REFUND POLICY: Once I have committed the time to render a sketch for you, this purchase is non-refundable. 

 

Sizing INFO

Each cutter is measured based on it's longest length. This can vary greatly from cutter to cutter depending on the shape of the design. No two 3.5" cutters are the same. Some wider cutters will appear larger in size than a long thin cutter when both printed at 3.5".

I recommend that you size each cutter instead of just purchasing all the same size because they could still be very different.

You'll notice that newer designs come equipped with a measuring tool in the second image of the cutter listing. You can use this measuring tool to visualize the size of the cutter. Simply zoom into the image and use a ruler to measure. Then pick that corresponding size to the right.

Refund Policy

Each cookie cutter is printed to order, so cutters are not refundable. Please be sure to double check your requested sizes. If you are unsure about how to properly size your cutters, please see the Sizing Guide. 

I am happy to provide feedback and guidance to you if you have questions. Upon shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. While infrequent, packages have been lost or severely delayed with USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance to cover your order, please choose Priority Shipping as your paid shipping option. 

Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund if your cutter does not arrive on time based on the shipment arrival estimation. Printing processing times are 2-4 business days on average and that is in addition to the estimated shipping time frame. During periods of high demand, updated processing times will be posted on the Home page BUT if you are in a rush to receive your cutters, please drop a message in the chat and I can provide the latest update on rush processing and time frame. 

If your cutter arrives warped or damaged, please take a picture of the box and the cutter and email to lcwcookiecutters@gmail.com with your order # and name so I can work with you on a replacement.

Jenna Rae Cakes Lustre Dust, once opened cannot be refunded. If the product you receive is defective in any way or damaged in shipping, please use the Contact Page to message me directly so we can find a reasonable solution for you.
